MacTCP Setup

MacTCP is actually a control panel and will be found in the Control Panels folder. If you open up your control panel, you should find it there. If it isn't there, find it and drag it into the control panels folder. After doing this, you will need to restart your computer. Once you have restarted the computer, go back into the Control Panels folder and double click on the MacTCP icon.

You now need to ensure that the PPP icon is highlighted. If it isn't, lcick on it once with your mouse to highlight it, and then click on more.

You now to set your MacTCP control panel so it looks exactly the same as the above graphic. Once you have done this, click on OK and then close the MacTCP dialogue box. You will now need to restart your computer once again.

Once this is done, your computer is now ready to connect to GeiNet.
